How We Got Here
2008
Started out in a small garage with just two lifts and a dream. My buddy Mike and I were tired of seeing European cars get misdiagnosed at general shops, so we figured we'd do it right.
2012
Expanded to our current location on Marine Drive. Finally had room to breathe and got our hands on some proper diagnostic equipment. That's when things really took off.
2017
Brought on three more techs who actually know their way around a BMW or Audi. Not just parts swappers - real diagnosticians who get what these machines need.
2023
Invested in state-of-the-art scan tools and training. These new Euro models aren't getting simpler, so we're staying ahead of the curve.
Today
Still treating every car like it's our own. That hasn't changed and never will.
What We're All About
Look, we're not gonna feed you some corporate line about being "passionate" or "committed to excellence." Here's the real deal:
We specialize in European and import vehicles because they're what we genuinely enjoy working on. There's something satisfying about properly diagnosing a complex issue instead of just throwing parts at it and hoping for the best.
Over the past 17 years, we've seen pretty much everything these cars can throw at us. From weird electrical gremlins to timing chain nightmares, we've been there and figured it out. And yeah, we've made mistakes along the way - that's how you actually learn this stuff.
We're not the cheapest shop around, won't pretend to be. But we'll diagnose it properly the first time and fix it right. No upselling stuff you don't need, no "while you're in there" surprises unless we call you first.

Started wrenching on his dad's old Volvo back in high school and never looked back. Specializes in electrical diagnostics and the weird stuff that stumps other shops. Still gets his hands dirty every day because, honestly, that's the fun part.
Mike Chen
Master Technician
19 years experience
Co-founder who knows German engineering inside and out. If it's got a timing chain or a turbo issue, Mike's your guy. Trained directly at BMW facilities in Germany - yeah, he's that serious about it.

Came to us from a dealership where she got tired of the upsell pressure. Incredibly thorough with diagnostics and has a knack for finding issues before they become expensive problems. Specializes in transmission work.

The youngest on the team but don't let that fool you. Grew up racing and brings that performance mindset to everything. Handles all our tuning work and really understands what these engines are capable of when set up right.
